Electronic leak detector kit with nitrogen/hydrogen

  • Innovative system for detection of gas leaks for conditioning systems of any kind of vehicles. The system is based on the system filling of an inert gas mixture consisting of nitrogen and hydrogen and on the search of leaks by means of electronic instrument, even microscopic.
  • The use of the system permits considerable savings, avoiding to refill the system with cooling gas for detecting leaks. The latter is replaced with a inert gas mixture, much cheaper, totally neutral if dispersed in the environment, safe for all parts that make up the system, easily identifiable with the electronic instrument supplied.
  • Extremely simple to use, just refill the empty air conditioning system with the gas contained in the bottle up to a pressure of about 1,5-2 bas and trace any leak by means of the "electronic nose", which will detect the presence of the hydrogen coming out from the system.
  • Each 1 litre bottle allows up to 3 fillings of standard conditioning systems.
  • Kit contents: 1 electronic leak detector, 1 bottle of nitrogen/hydrogen mixture (1 litre), 1 pressure gauge with pipe, 1 pressure regulator, 1 quick coupling for high pressure R134a, 1 quick coupling for high pressure R1234yf, 1 adapter M12x1,5/M1/4SAE for R1234yf, 1 extension pipe (1.5 m) F-F ¼ SAE, storage and transport case.
