Information on the processing of personal data regarding art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679

Meccanocar Italia S.r.l. as the Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the effects of EU Reg. 2016/679 hereafter referred to as 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned law provides for the protection of personal data of the interested subjects especially regarding the processing of personal data and that this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

EU Reg. 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the interested party
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not there is any personal data concerning him/her, even if they are not yet registered; the communication must be in intelligible form and the interested party has the right to make a complaint to the Control Authority.
"2. The interested party has the right to obtain these indications:

"3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. updating, correction, or when interested, integration of data;
b. cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c. the statement that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or spread, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or involves an obviously disproportionate means with respect to the legal right involved;
d. data portability.
"4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the data collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or to carry out market research or business communication.
