Professional welding

Welding is a far from simple operation, although it seems easy to join metal components together with today’s tools, the issues that often arise are closely linked to:

  • the presence of heat to be used professionally to avoid damage to the components to be welded
  • pre-welding preparations in order to render the metals ‘ready’ to be welded
  • timeframes, welding requires times that must not be too long or too short

Our new welding machines make welding easier thanks to the intervention of technology. Let’s get a closer look.

  • 200 A portable inverter welding machine - a compact, very powerful machine, suitable for heavy and continuous work – heavy processing;
  • Portable 160 A super compact machine, very powerful, suitable for intensive professional use;
  • 180 A gas-no gas portable wire welding machine – Ideal for wire welding (with or without gas) with easily transportable small pre-set programs. Supported by 3 Kw civil electrical systems. Non-gas welding with animated wire – with optional trolley ;
  • 380 V – 300 A inverter wire welding machine – machine designed for semi-heavy carpentry and blacksmiths, fully electronic. This consumes much less than previous models, is more stable during welding, does not suffer from voltage fluctuations during the working day or welding and is easier to use because it is fully electronic. Weight: about 40 kg
  • 220 V – 200 A inverter wire welding machine - Fully electronic machine, the most complete we have, does all types of wire welding (all wire metals). Can also be used for electrode and TIG welding (for steel only). Suitable for bodyworks and machining on special metals (e.g. low-temperature brazing with CUSI wire). Pre-set programs, very user-friendly – with can holder trolley
