GAS BSPP 45° male/female thread adapter

  • GAS BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) thread adapter also known as "Whitworth"
  • Reference standard: BS5200 - ISO 8434-6.
  • BSPP males only couple with BSPP females.
  • BSPP males have a cylindrical thread and a 60° flaring.
  • BSPP females have a cylindrical thread and a 60° ogive.
  • The female machine couplings have a cylindrical and laminated threading.
  • The seal on the machine connection is achieved with an O'Ring or a soft metal washer on the male.
