Uni Tape Insulating Membrane

  • Insulating membrane specially designed for the installation of modern windows, in accordance with the directives of the EN 11673-1 standard, allows perfect sealing of the primary joint both on the internal and external sides. Thanks to its structure, the tape automatically adjusts the permeability to water vapour, ensuring that the joints are sealed properly.
  • Consisting of a polymeric tape laminated to non-woven fabric on both sides and an adhesive strip for positioning. It has elastic properties that allow it to stretch up to 35% to follow the expansion and movement of the frames.
  • Applied between the wall and the subframe or between the wall and the frame, it protects against the passage of air, water, driving rain and water vapour, preventing the formation of condensation in the joints due to temperature differences between the inside and outside.
  • For bonding to wall surfaces we recommend the use of our MS Polymer sealant, code 411 00 21200-6428.
