2K Reconstructor – Epoxy resin for permanent repairs

  • Two-component epoxy resin reinforced with metal, in the form of malleable paste suitable for permanent, reliable repairs on any kind of material.
  • Suitable for repairing cracks, rebuilding missing parts, closing leakages. When dry, it can be worked, smoothed, pierced, threaded, and painted. It is resistant to water, even brackish, as well to chemicals, fuels, and all fluids used in the car and industry sectors.
  • It can be applied also underwater and in immersion in chemicals. It is resistant to temperatures up to +260°C, does not oxidise and does not deteriorate over time. It hardens in 15 minutes, dries out completely in 1 hour (the drying time double in immersion).
  • How to use: take the amount of resin necessary for processing by cutting it. Remove the protective cellophane completely and mix the two components well to obtain an uniform colour.
  • Apply the paste obtained within five minute, by pressing strongly, on the point to be repaired and model it well to obtain the required shape.
