Used battery container

  • Practical container for storing ADR hazardous waste such as lead batteries (UN 2794, UN 2795, UN 2800, UN 3028) and lithium batteries (UN 3091).
  • High-density polypropylene material, 11H2/Y approved and labelled.
  • Equipped with directing straps and cover.
  • Suitable for handling with pallet trucks and forklift trucks thanks to special sleepers. Easy to clean thanks to smooth surfaces that do not absorb odours and moisture.
  •  Overlapping of up to 3 containers is permitted in the case of lead-acid battery storage and is possible thanks to four pins moulded on the top of the container; overlapping is not possible in the case of lithium battery storage.
  • It is recommended that a specific type of hazardous waste be stored separately in a container in order to avoid any possible risk of contamination. In particular, lead batteries should not be stored together with lithium batteries.
  • In the case of transport, it is recommended to use the cover code 4430080151 secured by means of specific straps code 4430080152, in order to comply with ADR transport regulations.
