Aluminum welding wire AlMg5

  • Aluminum magnesium alloy wire designed for welding of sheet metal and aluminum profiles 5050, 05052, 05083, 05154, 05356, 06061 and 6063
  • Suitable for processes such structures truck, engine stands, alloy wheels, ship superstructures, structural steel and architectural structures.
  • Good corrosion resistance, can be used on metals where it is not possible for the heat treatment after welding to increase mechanical resistance.
  • Winding coil on coil in coils from 7 kg plastic.
  • Gas protection to use: pure argon, argon-helium mixtures.
  • Measures to be taken: use torches as short as possible, keep the cable stretched and without sharp bends, use Teflon line guide sheaths.
  • REGULATIONS: AWS A5.10; ER5356; ISO ER SA5356; UNS A95356
