Wire solder copper-silicon for galvanized steel and steel with a high elastic limit (THLE)

  • Special wire for welding of low-temperature galvanized sheet metal and steels with high and very high elastic limit, of the type used in modern bodies and chassis of vehicles.
  • Suitable for all body shops and steel structures using steel THLE.
  • Usable for any type of low temperature brazing to be carried out with special machines.
  • The weld obtained is resistant to all types of corrosion, even without any type of protection applied.
  • Is easily worked, the low melting temperature does not alter the characteristics of the base metal, it does not interfere with zinc plating.
  • Packs of 5 kg, small coils.
  • REGULATIONS: AWS A5.7; ER CuSi-A; EN14640; Scu6560 (CuSi3Mn1)
