Flex In Insulating Membrane

  • Insulating membrane designed specifically for the installation of modern windows and doors, in accordance with the directives of the EN 11673-1 standard, it allows total waterproofing of the internal joint, thus preventing the passage of moisture and condensation from the inside to the outside.
  • Made of a polyethylene film coated with a powerful adhesive on one side and a polyester reinforcement weave. It allows elastic movements due to thermal expansion and movements between the masonry and the frame.
  • It is applied on renovations or on new installations of subframes, windows and doors to seal the joints between old subframes and walls, or between casings, subframes and wall before the installation of the frame.
  • The Flex In membrane should only be applied to joints that have a covering (cover strip) as it cannot be plastered or painted over.
