MS Polymer sealant for windows and facades

  • Hybrid type MS Polymer sealant of modern design, low modulus, ideal for sealing window profiles during certified installation in accordance with EN 11673-1. Very elastic, UV and weather resistant, guaranteed for a service life of at least 10 years from application, when performed as directed.
  • It adheres perfectly to any type of surface, even on damp masonry, perfectly resists abrasion and is streak-free. It does not need primer on building surfaces in general such as concrete, natural stone, bricks. Excellent adhesion on all metals such as stainless steel, iron, copper. It has no problems even on wood, synthetic and plastic materials.
  • Its excellent resistance makes it ideal for sealing window frames, but also for sealing ventilated and curtain walling and sealing industrial flooring joints. Excellent as a sealant for roofs and roofing.
  • Naturally neutral and free of any solvent, it does not swell and does not shrink, it does not release harmful substances, it does not damage metals or natural stone. Suitable for use on walls and floors, including where food products are processed in accordance with ISEGA EC Reg. 1953/2004. Certified for performance in accordance with EN 15651/1 TYPE F INT/EXT CC.
  • The product can be overpainted with standard construction paints or water- or solvent-based enamels.
  • The sealant complies with and meets: ISO 11600 Type F Class sub-class LM (classification for sealants used in construction), LEED iEQc 4.1 (certification programme for eco-friendly construction); CARB VOC levels regulation (limitations on the emission of volatile substances harmful to the body).
